Description

The DFC Acquisition office has a requirement for a Personal Services Contractor (PSC) for a full time equivalent Business Development Specialist for the Office of Development Credit (ODC).�� This solicitation is only open to individual applicants. The PSC shall be a sole proprietor who will have an employee-employer relationship with the DFC.� The is an position.� The level of effort and responsibility is associate level�and generally equivalent to a GS-12, Step 1 through GS-12, Step 5.� The initial contract period is January 3, 2021 to January 2, 2023 with three (3) one-year options. Read the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ)�prior to submitting an application.��Applications and quotes will be evaluated using the factors identified in the RFQ. Noncompliance may be grounds to eliminate the quote from consideration for contract award.� Work involves evaluating and responding to funding requests and inquiries placed to ODC. Provides detailed information regarding ODC�s products, requirements, and application procedures. Coordinates with the Client Development Manager in the review of company business plans and financial information to preliminarily assess project eligibility and provides detailed responses to inquirers and applicants. Identifies potential ODC clients/projects to be developed in DFC-eligible countries and sectors consistent with Administration & Agency priority initiatives.� The Government intends to offer a firm fixed price contract(s) to the individual(s) whose quotes conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous of the Government, price and other factors considered in accordance with the Request for Quotes (RFQ).��
