- The Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Manu Kai, LLC (incumbent contractor for contract no. N0060409D0001, N0060418D4003, and N0060420D4009) under the authority of Public Law 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The contract will provide Range Operations Support and Base Operations Support services for the Pacific Missile Range Facility, Hawaii.
