Please reference solicitation number in the subject line of the email. This procurement is being set aside 100% for Native American Owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations/Notice of Indian small business Economic Enterprise set aside 1452.280-1 (DIAR Clause) IMPORTANT: Vendors are required to qualify under the NAICS code 339950 and have said code notated in their SAM profile in order to participate in this solicitation. The Solicitation No. is 140A2321Q0013 and is a Request for Quotations. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, January 13, 2017. Haskell Indian Nations University, Athletics Department has a requirement for: 1. Softball Scoreboard with wireless control Bid should include specifications for the piece of item to determine that they meet or exceed what is specified. See attached Bid Schedule for specified. This solicitation is all or none. Quotes to be submitted in accordance with the specified items. INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS: Please review the requirements carefully and submit quotes with specifications that meet or exceed the originals. All quotes are due October 4, 2020, by 5:00pm Central Standard time and should include the following; 1. The offeror shall submit (1) proposal with a limit of 5 pages 2. Price Schedule and signed SF-1449 3. DIAR 1452.280-4 AWARD: Contractors are obligated to quote on all lines. Quote should include specifications for each item to determine that they meet what is specified. Offeror whose quotation, in conforming to this RFQ, provides an overall best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. All contractors submitting quotes must be registered in SAM at, www.sam.gov, in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7.
