- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50S9C20R0005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns and the applicable NAICS code is 332311 and small business size standard is 500 employees.
