Description: The purpose of this effort is to install one (1) VTC and A/V in a conference room at building 1612 located at Hanscom AFB, MA 01731. It includes purchase equipment, install, and training for one (1) new video teleconferencing unit in one (1) conference room and purchase equipment, install and provide training for one (1) audiovisual (A/V) system in the one conference room located at Building 1612, Room 2N-501. The selected Contractor would be responsible for the purchase, install, programming the equipment, and train the end users.
