Description

Nebraska Air National Guard intents to extend the temporary modular trailers used as office space for personnel displaced by our main hangar construction project under contract W91243-18-P-0014 an additional�three months for Complex 2 and�Complex 3. This modification for $26,100 is expected to be awarded to Hunter Saak Investments, LLC on�6�November 2020. Due to the short term extension need and the competitive pricing received for the original contract, they are the only responsible source (FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)) due to mobilize/demobilize costs, utility hook-ups, and the displacement of all office furniture and personnel. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
