- This announcement serves as a combined Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) and a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) under NAICS Code 541511 with a Small Business Size Standard of $30M.� This is not a solicitation/request for proposal, and no contract shall be resultant from this SSS/RFI. �The Propulsion Integration Office (AFLCMC/LPZL) located at Tinker AFB, OK seeks to identify potential sources and garner information in order to gauge interest, determine capability of potential sources, and request insightful information from industry to shape the follow-on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) contract that will support multiple engine platforms. The United States Air Force is surveying the marketplace for potential sources who have the engineering/technical expertise and capability necessary to integrate cloud-based applications for engine type-model series (TMS).� These applications shall be constructed with and utilize Machine Learning (ML) to enable reliability centered maintenance (RCM), including the ability to identify required maintenance actions in order to optimize reliability and/or cost effectiveness. See attached for additional details and questions for interested vendors and industry. Please note, this combined SSS/RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bids, nor does its issuance restrict the Government�s ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this SSS/RFI.
