Solicitation Amendment No. 1 posted 26 Oct 2020 -� 1. Responses to Questions 2. Extend the Offer Due Date ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ) N32253-21-Q-0005 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for lodging in accordance with the PWS. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 721110 (Hotels (except casino hotels)) and Small Business Size Standard of $35M apply to this procurement. The Product Service Code is V231, Lodging, Hotel/Motel. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-01, DFARS 20200929, and NMCARS 18-12. Written offers should be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and its addendum.� Offerors are to complete and submit FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26.� Quotation submissions should include a breakdown of quotation. The CLIN structure is as follows: 0001 � Lodging Room in accordance with the PWS.� Period of Performance:� Base Year (FY21) - 1 November 2020 - 31 October 2021 1001 � Lodging Room in accordance with the PWS.� Period of Performance:� Option Year 1�� (FY22) � 1 November 2021- 31 October 2022 2001 � Lodging Room in accordance with the PWS.� Period of Performance:� Option Year 2�� (FY23) � 1 November 2022 � 31 October 2023 Period of Performance: Quotes are due to this office no later than Monday, 26 Oct 2020, 1500 HST.
