Description

DATE REQUIRED Soonest date available in NOV 2020. PLACE OF PEFORMANCE Baltimore, MD The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, National Security Cutters Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding this procurement to EMI, a divisoin of W & O Supply, Inc. as the only reponsible source to satisfy the requirients to perform a system recalibration, replace and progam the PLCs, and return the system to full functionality.�Engine Monitor INC (EMI) is the OEM manufacturer of this system.� This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC JUNIPER. �Vendor will provide the part/supply/service stated in the solicitation description. �NAICS Code # 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 1100 Pacific Time, Oct 29, 2020 will be reviewed by the Government. ��A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing the Contracting Officer, email address is: Barbara.Falero@uscg.mil The solicitation is restricted to:��Engine Monitor INC (EMI) Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to �Engine Monitor INC (EMI).
