- Repair Corrosion Control Facility - Provide enclosed transition areas to allow controlled disposal of contaminated protective clothing to prevent the spread of materials. Demo walls to provide new personnel door openings. An existing paint booth will be disassembled and removed under this contract. Provide two ""transition areas"", one from the Paint Booth area and one from the Plastic Media area. Provide new roof top HVAC systems shall be supported by new steel bar joists and beams. Provide sprinkler heads to provide sprinkler coverage within the new paint booth and sanding booth, as well as removing and replacing sprinkler heads to accommodate new HVAC equipment and ductwork. Existing duct smoke detectors shall be removed. replacement of the existing HVAC system, paint booth, and sanding booth in building 90225. Remove existing HVAC system. Install one air cooled chiller, 5 air handling units, 4 make-up air units, air units, fans, hot and chilled water pump, and associated ductwork and piping.
