Description

Solicitation N00421-21-T-0004 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order as a Sole Source with General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. The requested products must General Dynamics, P/N: FX1G-SM, Encryptor 02-2842264-3, P/N : �TL-VLAN, P/N: �FX-1GMM under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The requested have been previously researched selected and qualified for the use by the program. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an order to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none Items must be brand new See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-21-T-XXXX) on your quote. ***Basis for Award*** An authorized General Dynamics Mission Systems reseller letter must be submitted with your quote or your quote will not be evaluated. Please include any IUID tag fees. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quotation. ***Instructions to vendors*** Please include the following information with your response: 1. FOB: DESTINATION 2. Shipping Cost: DESTINATION 3. Tax ID# 4. Dun & Bradstreet # 5. Cage Code: 6. Small Business � Yes ___ No ___ 7. Estimated Delivery Date: 8. If available on a Pricelist, please provide a copy. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotations/responses received by closing date of this notice will be considered by the government, all responses to this solicitation must be received no later than 1:00 pm est. on 28 October 2020. An authorized General Dynamics Mission Systems reseller letter must be submitted with your quote or your quote will not be evaluated. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
