Description: The purpose of this acquisition is to procure 23 subscriptions/licenses to a legislative tracking and congressional news service/database. The service/database shall track Congressional legislation and budgets. Provide legislative tracking and non-partisan congressional news relating to the USCG and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). �Be accessible via Internet Explorer 11, as well as IOS and Android mobile platforms; allow users to create custom email alerts, notifying them when topics related to the USCG and DHS are mentioned in a news story, legislation, floor speeches, etc... as well as provide access to all new and updated CRS Reports and CRS Bill Digests as they become available.�
