- PSC: AD24 � R&D � Defense Other: Services (Engineering Development) NAICS Code: 541330 � Engineering Services The U.S. Army Contracting Command � New Jersey, on behalf of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command � Armaments Center (CCDC AC), at WSEC, Benet Laboratories, Watervliet, New York is conducting market research to determine the capability of businesses to identify potential sources that can provide technical support services to Benet Laboratories� underlying support systems; information technology, project management, technical assistants, and electrical engineering. Benet Laboratories is an Army RDT&E facility that is tasked to maintain the Army�s expertise in the technology, design, development, engineering and production and field support for large caliber armament systems (consisting of cannons, mortars, recoilless rifles, tank gun mounts, recoil mechanisms, munitions handling systems and tank turret components).�� The types of work involved includes (but is not limited to) the following: Database Maintenance and system documentation Backup, restoration, testing, and customization of software Data export/import for database migration Preparation of reports, briefings and documentations Coordinating programs and projects Develop and report Earned Value Management Evaluate schedule and cost variances Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Critical Path Methodology (CPM) Technical writing, editing, technical/graphic knowledge Real-time Software Engineering (Electrical) Electrical requirements, evaluate concepts, material analysis Graphical User Interface GUI development software Test data acquisition systems This effort is planned to be a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed price type contract to enable Benet Laboratories� program managers meet performance and schedule milestones.� DISCLAIMER �THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Product Service Code is AD24. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size (to include any socioeconomic subcategories) in their capabilities statement. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Each potential source is requested to provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the requirements of Engineering and Technical Services, with focus on the potential tasks listed above. �Firms shall also provide point of contact information, where available, for the efforts cited above.� In addition, please provide the firm�s name and address, point of contact with telephone number and email address, CAGE Code and DUNS number, and size of business (i.e. large, small, disadvantaged, veteran owned, woman owned, etc.).
