- SOURCES SOUGHT/ REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/ MARKET RESEARCH Storm Water Sample Analysis Environmental Department Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii Marine Corps Installations Pacific, Regional Contracting Office- Hawaii (MCIPAC RCO-HI) is currently conducting preliminary planning market research to determine the existence of viable commercial sources capable of providing Storm Water Sample Analysis in accordance with the requirements listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
