Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE only.� No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice.� THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR PRICING AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE.� This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs.� The solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website approximately October 8, 2020.� Applicable NAICS code is 238290.� SBA Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 Million. This requirement is a FULL and OPEN competition.� All qualified offerors are invited to provide their proposal.� The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and required production in accordance with the RFQ performance work statement.� Contracting Office Address: VA Black Hills Health Care System, 113 Comanche Road, Ft. Meade, SD, 57741. Point of Contact: Angela Beck, Contracting Officer:� angela.beck@va.gov The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Midwest Healthcare Network (VISN 23), VA Black Hills Health Care System (VA-BHHCS), located in both Fort Meade, SD and Hot Springs, SD has a requirement for qualified firms capable of providing Maintenance for the Elevator Systems at the VA-BHHCS per the performance work statement in the tentative Request for Quote (RFQ) in order to award a single, firm fixed-price Contract.� The performance period will begin 12/1/2020.� The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 13 and 13.5, and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR). All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at time of offer.� Please go to http://www.sam.gov and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov.� No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation.
