- THIS WILL SERVE AS THE NOTIFICATION OF AWARD TO ALL UNSUCCESSFUL BIDDERS.� Thank you for your offer submitted in response to the subject solicitation. There were 36 proposals received in response to the solicitation. The Government has completed its evaluation of the proposals and an award was made to Prosper Media�Group with a total awarded price of $18,900.00 The Prosper Media�Group was the lowest priced most technically acceptable solicitation that met the technical requirements of the solicitation. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.506, you are afforded the opportunity to request a debriefing regarding the evaluation of your proposal.� You are required to request this debrief within three (3) days of receipt of this notification.� tHIS NOTIFICATION IS RELEASE ON 10/15/2020, REQUEST DEBRIEF BY 10/18/2020. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED PRIOR TO THIS NEW CLOSING DATE.� PLEASE SEE ALL ATTACHED DOCUMENTATION.�� IF A RESPONSE HAS ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED ONLY SUBMIT A NEW RESPONSE IF REQUIRED. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking to enter into an agreement with a videographer, herein called (Contractor) to interview employees and landowners and capture conservation services and practices on private agricultural lands across the state of Tennessee. Video will be used to recruit new employees at career fairs or other public venues where there are opportunities to discuss NRCS career opportunities and what it looks like to work with NRCS in Tennessee. The video will showcase different disciplines within the Agency and highlight successful implementation of conservation practices. NRCS will arrange access to the sites where work will be conducted.
