Description

The U.S. Government is seeking 3,940 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of class A office space yielding 3,696 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office and related space together with four (4) surfaced parking spaces within the Central Business District of Homewood, Alabama. The space must be contiguous and all on one floor in a modern class building.� Space offered must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, Accessibility, Seismic and Sustainability standards per the terms of the lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. All interested parties are requested to submit a photograph of the building and a floor plan of the space being offered. The incumbent Lessor is being allowed to bid on this RLP.
