Responses to this source sought is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation The Carl Vinson Medical Center located at 1826 Veterans Blvd, Dublin, GA 31021 VA Medical Center is seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses/Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Small Businesses capable of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and/or transportation to provide The Carl Vinson VA Medical Center (CVVAMC) Hoptel Program is designed to provide temporary, overnight Hotel lodging accommodations to eligible Veterans that travel long distance (50 miles or more) to early morning or late afternoon appointments for the Dublin, GA VA Medical Center Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number (www.dnb.com), list of available compatible products, the geographical location the respondent is able to service, and documentation of authorized distributor certification (1) Business size (small or large business concern), and number of employees; (2) Type of small business a. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business b. Veteran Owned Small Business c. Small Disadvantaged d. HubZone e. Woman Owned f. Small Business The NAICS code is 561599, All other Travel Arrangements and Reservation Services. Responses must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday, Oct 19, 2020.
