- Description
- Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Replacing Outside Maintenance Roof at the Big Bend Dam near Fort Thompson, SD.� This solicitation has been extended 7 days and will close on 27�October 2020.� This IFB is restricted to Small Businesses. Amendment 0001 dated 14 October 2020 and ProjNet Questions and Answers�has been posted to Beta.SAM on 14 October 2020. The scope of work for this project includes:� All material, personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items necessary to remove and replace the roof with an ETHYLENE-PROPYLENE-DIENE-MONOMER ROOFING system on the Outside Maintenance facility. Site Visit is scheduled for 29 September 2020 at 1:00 PM local time.� See Section 00 21 00, Paragraph 1.18 for reservation information. Estimated Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000 Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via BetaSAM.gov (beta.sam.gov).
