Description

Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials, and perform all work necessary to furnish and install touchless automatic and/or limited contact interior fixtures as specified herein. Requests for an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must be made in writing and directed to the Contracting Office no later than 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, October 28, 2020.� Requests may be faxed to (315) 764-3268; e-mail to katie.maloney@dot.gov �or by regular mail to 180 Andrews� Street, Massena, New York 13662. Any information given to a prospective bidder concerning a solicitation will be furnished promptly to all other prospective bidders as an amendment to the solicitation , if that information is necessary in submitting bids or if the lack of it would be prejudicial to other prospective bidders.� Amendment to the solicitation regarding Q&A will be posted by COB October 29, 2020. This solicitation was ameneded on October 14, 2020.� Amendment number 6923G521B0016A00001 is provided as an attachment and must be signed and returned with bids. 6923G521B0016 is amended as follows: 1. Existing Fixtures_Reference Photos were added to attachments. NOTE: PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE AT www.sam.gov PRIOR TO AWARD OF A CONTRACT. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT, THE APPLICABLE NAICS CODE IS 238220 AND THE SIZE STANDARD IS $16,500,000.00.
