TRIDENT II UMBILICAL RETRACTOR HOUSING PRODUCTION THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. �THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. �IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. �RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. �NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. �ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS NOTICE IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. INTRODUCTION In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.S. 2304(c) (1) Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) announces its intention to issue a contract modification to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), 401 Hendy Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94088-3499 for the procurement of Trident II Umbilical Retractor Housings and all of the associated installation equipment,�materials and spares in support of the COLUMBIA and DREADNOUGHT programs. � This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by NGSC under Contract N00030-19-C-0015, which was awarded using other than full and open competition. � � Any interested sources who wish to submit a brief capability package can do so by 4:00 P.M. EST on November 2, 2020. �The package shall be 10 pages or less and contain the following: 1) Company Name and Address, 2) Company Point of Contact, 3) Email Address, 4) Phone Number, 5) specifics addressing the company's capability, 6) specifics addressing existing subject matter expertise of the D5 Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program and capability to manufacture Trident II Umbilical Retractor Housings and all of the associated installation equipment, materials and spares�7) related past performance and 8) general corporate information. � Facilities and US citizen personnel must have a Secret Clearance or higher, and be International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant. � If applicable, the package shall indicate which portions are proprietary and should mark them accordingly. � Electronic responses are acceptable if prepared in Microsoft 2016 compatible format; Email electronic responses to Jose Blanco (email: jose.blanco@ssp.navy.mil) with ""Presolicitation 121CCDLP1"" in the subject line of the Email by the response deadline of 4:00 P.M.
