Amend#4 - see attached 1. Replace the schedule of items in its entirety with the schedule listed on page 2 of this amendment. 2. Provide link for blueprint of MV Chugach on page 2 of this amendment. 3. Add Submittals section to the RFQ as shown on page 2 of this amendment. 4. Replace FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Quoters - Commercial Items addenda in it's�entirety as shown on page 2/3 of this amendment. 5. Replace Evaluation of Quotes Section in it's entirety as shown on page 3\4 of this�amendment. ------------- Amend#3 - see attached� 1. Uploads: 6 MV Chugach photos, a pdf of the original blueprint for the MV Chugach, and a pdf of the site area for the cradle. 2. Creates a pre-quote meeting for this project. � October 13, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. Alaska time.� Conference Line #1 888-844-9904, PC 3729256� ------------ Amend#2 - see attached. Clarifications and list of government provided supplies ----------- Amend#1 - extends RFQ due date and uploads new drawings - see attached. Quotes are due at 3:00pm local Alaska time on 10/16/2020 to stacy.doutt@usda.gov. ------ The USDA Forest Service, Alaska Region, Tongass National Forest requires services to build ship cribbing in Wrangell in order to support permanent upland placement of the M/V Chugach, along with actual placement of the vessel. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses, with a period of performance completion date of 12/23/2020. See the attached solicitation and associated plan(s) for further information.
