- The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding SOLE SOURCE procurement to �SHOFUR LLC 1. GENERAL 1.1 The purpose of this contract is to obtain charter bus services for CGC HEALY crewmembers for travel from HEALY�s dry dock location at 1180 Nimitz Ave. Vallejo, CA 94592 to 1519 Alaskan Way Seattle, WA 98101. 1.2. BACKGROUND The CGC HEALY is arriving for an unscheduled dry dock availability due to a main motor casualty on 18 August, 2020. The period of performance for this dry dock is tentatively 10/16/20 � 12/16/20. In an effort to mitigate COVID-19 transmission CGC HEALY intends to split the crew in thirds with one third being transported to Seattle and two thirds remaining onboard to maintain duty section requirements. This transfer of personnel will occur 3 times in an effort to be equitable for all personnel during the dry dock period. 2. SPECIFICATIONS 2.1 One 56 passenger charter bus to transport CGC HEALY crewmembers to/from Vallejo, CA and Seattle, WA in addresses listed in section 1.1. Trip 1: Depart Vallejo, CA on 10/22/20 arrive Seattle, WA on 10/22/20 Trip 2: Depart Seattle, WA on 11/1/20 arrive Vallejo, CA on 11/1/20 Trip 3: Depart Vallejo, CA on 11/2/20 arrive Seattle, WA on 11/2/20 Trip 4: Depart Seattle, WA on 11/12/20 arrive Vallejo, CA on 11/12/20 Trip 5: Depart Vallejo, CA on 11/13/20 arrive Seattle, WA on 11/13/20 Trip 6: Depart Seattle, WA on 11/23/20 arrive Vallejo, CA on 11/23/20 Vendor will provide all labor and parts listed in the Schedule. NAICS Code #485510 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 AM PST for 70Z08521NDGD00400 �will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
