Ft. (ABOA):�11,792 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�12,382 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�Nine (9) Secured Parking Spaces (Surface):�Nine (9) Secured Parking Spaces (Structured):�N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved):�Nine (9) Secured Full Term:�10 Years (120 Months) Firm Term:�5 Years (60 Months) Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: A commuter rail, light rail or subway station shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, not exceeding a walkable � mile. Alternatively, two or more public or campus bus lines shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, not exceeding a walkable � mile. Public parking must be available within one block of the office location. Twelve (12) visitor parking spaces are required. First floor space preferred.� If space is not available on the first floor, then located near an elevator lobby. If space is on more than one floor, adjacent floors are preferred A minimum of 30�-0� on center between structural elements (columns, core, curtain wall, etc.) is desired. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
