THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE � THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO TEMPUS NOVA, LLC FOR GOOGLE G-SUITE LICENSE RENEWALS The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting limiting sources in the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. WHS/AD intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to Tempus Nova, LLC 7800 E Union Ave Suite 850, Denver, CO 80237-3327, DUNS: 050417943, CAGE Code: 5NLC7. The contract is necessary to renew existing Google G-Suite licenses. The anticipated period of performance will be for one 12-month base period. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519, Information Technology Value Added Resellers. Small Business Size Standard of 150 employees. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
