If you have any questions regarding the web access, direct them to ACC DTA Electronic Help Desk at usarmy.detroit.acc.mbx.dta-it-help-desk@mail.mil The subject trailers will be acquired under a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), IDIQ type contract as a competitive Small Business Set-Aside. The minimum quantity of two LTT-HC trailers will be purchased at the time of award; the maximum quantity of LTT-HC Trailers for this effort is 2,905. Fiscal Year (FY) 21 Other Procurement, Army funding will be used to fund the first year of this requirement. This requirement will be solicited under solicitation number W56HZV-20-R-0089. The subject program will be acquired on a competitive Small Business Set-Aside basis utilizing source selection tradeoff procedures to obtain the best value for the Government. The tradeoff process allows the source selection authority the flexibility to select thebest-value offer, which may not always be the lowest price or highest technically rated proposal. The eventual source selection decision will involve a comparison of the strengths, weaknesses, and risks in the non-cost or -price factors against the evaluated cost or price offered by each proposal, with judgment applied as to which proposal provides the best overall value.
