PAGE 6,10 AND 11 HAVE TO BE FILLED IN Method of payment is WAWF Brand Name or equal Delivery in this solicitation is estimated and will be determined the day of award.� Partial and early deliveries are acceptable. The award will be made to the responsible vender whose offer meets the requirements of the solicitation and is the best value to the government on the basis of price and delivery.� The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest price or earliest delivery.
