General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:�� � State:�� �Pennsylvania City:� � � �Warrendale Delineated Area:�� � North:� � � Hwy 3020 East:� � � � �Interstate 76 South: �� �Warrendale Bayne Road West:� � � � Pleasant Hill Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� � �9,978 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �10,477 Space Type:�� �Office Surface Parking Spaces (Total):�� �18 Full Term:�� �10 Years Firm Term:�� �5 Years Additional Requirements:�� � - Offered space must be located on a first floor with direct access from the building�s exterior and the ability to install an awning for loading/unloading of equipment into the leased premises. - Offered space must be contiguous on one floor and shall provide a configuration of space that will allow for an efficient layout of space for offices, workstations and special use spaces (file, copy, storage rooms, etc.) - Subleases will not be considered.� - The Government will have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.� - Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. - A fully serviced lease is required. � - Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
