This advertisement amends the previous advertisement posted on June 11, 2020. 15 years, 10 years firm Northern Boundary: I-595, I-75 Eastern Boundary: I-75 Western Boundary: US-27 Southern Boundary: I-75, Pines Rd Estimated Square Footage to be Acquired: 5,124 ABOA MIN, 5,849 MAX The United States Government currently occupies office and related space under lease in Weston, FL that will be expiring on November 14, 2020. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements; as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating. Such as physical move costs, replication of Tenant Improvement's (TI) and telecommunication infrastructure, and nonproductive agency downtime. Current Lease expires November 14, 2020 �
