- The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates soliciting quotes and subsequently awarding a contract for a project titled Intraoperative Nerve Monitoring (IONM) Services . Any acquisition that follows this pre-solicitation notice will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and other applicable regulations. The solicitation will be advertised as a Small Business Set Aside. Location will be at The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHCS), John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital, 4300 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. The government intends to award one fixed price 5 year ordering period Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract. NAICS code for this acquisition is 621999, with size standard of 16.5 miillion. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about September 4, 2020 and will be posted on beta.SAM.gov. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents will not be available all documents for quoting purposes will be posted at this website for download. Quotes will be due approximately 7 days after issuance of solicitation unless extended by amendment. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of quotes. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this announcement.
