- DLA ENERGY-FEPBA MEMORANDUM FOR SOURCES SOUGHTSUBJECT: Notice of Web Publishing of Sources Sought Notice SPE605-20-RFI-1015�under Germany 1.8M, Posts, Camps & Stations (PC&S) Program - Diesel Fuel, Fuel Oil Burner and Gasoline Premium. DLA Energy intends to issue solicitation SPE605-20-RFI-1015�for commercial grade petroleum fuel products under the Germany Post, Camps, and Stations Fuel Program to provide ongoing ground fuel support to various Department of Defense locations in Germany. All contracts awarded under this solicitation will cover a three and one half years (3.5) years performance period, 1 October�2021�through 1�May�2025. Estimated fuel quantities under this procurement are as follows:DIESEL FUEL, 10 PPM SULFUR (SFD)- EST. 37,445,818 Liters (9,892,139 gallons) FUEL OIL, BURNER OIL #2 (FS2)- EST. 82,572,534 Liters (21,813,356 gallons) GASOLINE, PREM (ULG)- EST. 8,577,022 Liters (2,265,810 gallons) Please note that the estimated quantities provided represent the Government's Best Estimate only. This is an unrestricted procurement with full and open competition. Delivery modes of transportation for all requirements will either be Tank Truck (TT) or Tank Wagon (TW). Contracts resulting from this solicitation will be Requirements Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment. All responsible sources are invited to submit offers under solicitation SPE605-20-RFI-1015. DLA Energy anticipates conducting negotiations with offerors submitting proposals under solicitation SPE605-20-RFI-1015, but�reserves the rights to make contract awards(s) based on initial offers submitted. DLA Energy invites all interested parties to submit a written response to this Request For Information (RFI).
