- Question and Answer Round 4 was posted on 6 October 2020.� The due date for proposals remains Friday, 9 October 2020 at 0800CT. Amendment Three (3)�to the solicitation was posted on 18 September 2020 - RFP Amendment 3 is a result of the following: The Government has amended RFP Attachment 1 - PWS Section 5.12 (Page 37) to provide clarification on when the SOR Schedules �1C: Reception Only� and �1D: Disposition Only� would be utilized and invoiced.� In addition, due to new Government requirements PWS Section 2.4 (Pages 5-9) have incorporated updated Cyber Security and Incident reporting language and PWS Section 6.4.4. Task (Page 50) was Reserved.�� Attached is Amended RFP Attachment 1 � PWS dated Sep 17 2020 to be reviewed in its entirety.� Also, Round Three Q & A are attached. The due date for proposals remains Friday, 9 October 2020 at 0800CT. Amendment Two to the solicitation was posted on 14 September 2020.� �Amendment Two incorporates an Amended RFP Attachment 1 -- PWS Dated 10 September 2020; an Amended RFP Attachment 2 -- SOR Dated 10 September 2020; an Amended RFP Attachment 4 Dated 10 September 2020, DFARS Clauses (see SF30 Summary of Changes), and Question and Answer Round 2.� The due date for proposals remains Friday, 9 October 2020 at 0800CT. Amendment One to the solicitation was posted on 3 September 2020 extending the due date for proposals to Friday, 9 October 2020 at 0800CT. Question and Answer Round One was posted on Thursday 27 August 2020. Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services SDDC requires Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) to include all labor, equipment, gear, tools, documents, materials and miscellaneous supplies and management services to satisfy all tasks provided in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government requires performance of all PWS tasks mentioned herein at all four ports in Alaska, to include the Ports of Alaska, Valdez, Seward, and Whittier be completed in a manner consistent with the best commercial practices. PWS tasks shall be inclusive of services required for vessel loading, cargo receipt and disposition, cargo staging, transfer of cargo, tallying and checking, and handling of Government provided securing materials. This requirement includes physical security, facilities, storage/staging, office space, office supplies, and to provide all required documentation--to include other related miscellaneous requirements as outlined in this PWS. SDDC requires proof of ability to perform S&RTS services within the scope of this PWS at the Ports of Alaska, Valdez, Seward, and Whittier. All required approvals IAW the PWS are required from the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer�s Representative (COR) and any work performed without authorization, shall be at the Contractor�s expense.
