- Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration October 6, 2020 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE 36C25021Q0036 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires preventive maintenance and emergency repair work to the ProVation radiology equipment at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ProVation Medical Inc., Minneapolis, MN for services provided under ProVation' s proprietary software maintenance plan. NAICS code 511210 applies; the small business size standard is $41.5 million. The contractor shall perform the services for the period of contract award for one year with three (3) one-year option periods. The contractor shall coordinate all visits with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and check in and out with the COR, as well as provide a comprehensive list of all work performed and updates provided while at the facility or remotely. This notice of intent to is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirements may submit a quotation, which may be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can meet the requirements of the Government. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
