SOURCES:� This requirement is sole source. Authority is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Current source is Parker-Hannifin Corporation�(Cage: 59211).� DESCRIPTION:��This requirement is to provide depot-level remanufacture coverage for C-5 flight control manifolds in sustainment of the C-5 aircraft. The depot-level remanufacture to be performed requires the contractor to perform complete teardown, evaluation, remanufacture, testing, procurement of components, packaging, handling, storage, transportation and data collection while maintaining a prompt delivery schedule.� �Contract FA8109-18-D-004 contains the Additions Clause on pages 2-3.� The government is�adding the remanufacture of the following NSNs:�1650-01-525-8854, 1650-01-587-8900, 1650-01-522-3404, 1650-00-535-0668, 1650-01-522-2389, 1650-00-120-1890, 1650-01-525-7929, 1650-01-587-8901, 1650-01-525-7392, 1650-01-588-1131, 1650-01-525-7930, 1650-01-588-1132.�� LINE ITEM:� �These items will be added to the contract as SubCLINs 0016AB-AE through 0019AB-AE and SubCLINs 0030AB-AE through 0031AB-AE.�
