This is not an increase in scope as the CLINs are being included in this modification from original Task Order. However, the quantity is decreased to 3,600. The estimated value is in line with the Task Order value. The proposed price for this modification is lower than the awarded Task Order due to less inspections as same CLINs added to this modification.
