Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed- Price FAR 13 purchase order on a non-competitive basis with Werlatone Inc. This is a new procurement. The requirement is for the purchase of the following supply: Werlatone Inc. will provide all parts for an antenna filter in support of PEO C41 PMW 750. This procurement will be used to match HF wire antenna on CVN 78 to the 4:1 voltage standing wave ration (VSWR) requirement. Below is the description of the requirement: Item 0001: Model HPLP12209, High Pass/Low Pass Filter {2-30 MHz, 4000 W CW} QTY: 2 A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 334419 and the business size standard is 750 employees.
