Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Greenwood Village Delineated Area: Greenwood Village, CO Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,980 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,578 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 structured parking spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 13 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located within a modern office building and on only one floor.� Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building fa�ade, column spacing less than 20� on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Greenwood Village, CO, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
