- The purpose of this amendment is to provide an updated questions and government's responses�document, and to provide revisions to some respective parts of the RFP/Solicitation. The�updated RFP/Solicitation and attachments will be included with this amendment. The SF-33�was inadvertently not added when RFP/Solicitation was initially posted. The SF-33 is being�provided via this amendment. For questions regarding this amendment, contact Ms. Shequesha Evans at shequesha.evans@dot.gov The revised�anticipated closing date for this requirement is 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, October 15, 2020. **Any proposal that is submitted by a vendor that is not a small business will not be considered for evaluation nor award. Proposals must be received by the procurement office via email no later than 6:00 PM EST on Thursday, October 15, 2020.
