The MGS Mission Statement is to procure repair services and supplies/investment materials for the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) NS-50 Missile Guidance Set (MGS). The NS-50 is a major subsystem of the Minuteman III (MMIII) ICBM Weapon System. The Missile Guidance Repair (MGS) contract shall provide the technical and repair expertise to effectively service the MMIII MGS and associated depot support equipment. Work will include disassembly, refurbishment, measurement/testing and reassembly effort to render the MMIII MGS to a serviceable condition suitable for strategic alert. This effort includes scope for compatibility with existing or future MMIII repair systems or programs. Additionally, this contract will include demilitarization and disposal tasks in support of the retirement of the MMIII weapon system.� ���������� It is anticipated that this contract will be established as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract with an ordering period from Sep 2021 to Sep 2040. IAW FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award this contract on a sole source basis to The Boeing Company � 801 Irving Wick Dr. W Newark OH, 43056-1199. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be made available to interested parties through electronic data interchange.
