Description

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 592 Repair Front Entry.� The work shall include the following requirements listed in the specific requirements.� Demolition Contractor must remove existing duplex receptacles, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing comm and phone, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing flooring and wall base, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing wall, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing door, frame and hardware, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing water cooler and water lines, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing heater, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing display board, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing badge reader and salvage for reinstallation, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing ceiling grid and tiles, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing lighting, as indicated on drawings. � Construction Contractor must provide and install new flooring and rubber wall base, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must construct new walls, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must provide and install new door, frame and hardware, as indicated on drawings, Contractor must provide and install new duplex receptacles, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must provide and install new comm, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must patch and paint existing walls, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must provide and install new casework, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must provide and install new ceiling grid and tiles, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must provide and install new lighting and switches, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must provide and install new exit light, as indicated on drawings.
