- Solicitation for NSN 6685-00-900-8060 / PR 0085798931 / SPE4A6-20-R-0544 / Indicator, Blade.� THE SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS CHANGED!� THE NEW SOLICITATION NUMBER IS:� SPE4A6-21-R-0023.� A copy of the drawings are not available form DLA Aviation.� DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. No quantity option. This is a Critical Safety Item.� This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement.� This item has an Export Control Requirement. There are 2 approved sources of supply:� L-3 Harris (cage: 82340), P/N 1201-416-2011 and EDO Artisan (cage: 95692), P/N 1201-416-2011.� This is a non-commercial item.� There is a Government First Article Testing Requirement.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for�Proposal (RFP).� Issue date will be on or about 09/23/2020.� This date is subject to change.
