- PR 0085731119 for NSN 1680011302834, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation DBA 78286 P/N 65560-01137-044.� DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.� The Solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 19. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB Origin, delivery 100 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector.� It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized.� In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in order to be considered for any future procurements of this NSN / PN.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
