- NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to FLIR Unmanned Ground Systems, 19 Alpha Rd, Ste 101, Chelmsford, MA 01824-4237. The proposed contract action is for a quantity of four 510 Packbot Robotic Systems with CBRN and uPOINT upgrades, accessories, and sensors, Part # 4187500-1680000; and quantity of three 310 SUGV� Systems with Upoint upgrades and accessories, Part #4218000-00424. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The NAICS code is 334511 and the applicable business size is 1250 Employees. Interested parties may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement via e-mail. Requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, CAGE Code, DUNS number, NAICS code, applicable business size, and Tax ID number. Submissions are due by Tuesday, May 5th, 2020, 10:00 AM, Pacific Standard Time, via email. The solicitation document can be obtained via email request. The Government will consider all capability statements, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
