Description

Notice of Intent Sole Source The Defense Commissary Agency Headquarters, Fort Lee, Virginia intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Sole Source delivery order to Manhattan Associates, Incorporated, an other than small business under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b), which authorizes contract actions when the Agency�s need for the supplies or services required by the Agency are available from only one source and that no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the government needs.� The statutory authority is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1).� The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334118, and the size standard is 1000 employees. � THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source award to Manhattan Associates, Incorporated for software maintenance of the Vocollect hardware and software used with the agency�s Warehouse Management System at DeCA Commissaries, CONUS and OCONUS locations.� �In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the award action warrant only one source is reasonably available. The Defense Commissary Agency intends to make a sole source award to Manhattan Associates, Incorporated, 20 Windy Ridge Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia, 30339 NLT 1OCT2020.
