Solicitation Number: SPRRA1-21-Q-0002 Set Aside Code: N/A Response Date: (MM) ___ (DD) __ (YYYY) _____ 15 days Description: No telephone requests will be accepted. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX0C0430AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-fixed Price contract, a quantity of 4 each of a SUPPORT ASSY-THRUST BEARING, AFT ROTOR SHAFT, NSN: 1615-01-119-3362; Part Number: 145D3306-5 applicable to the CH-47 Chinook weapon system. First Article Testing and Production Lot Test is required. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 4 each, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 4 each, 360 DACA with deliveries to TINKER AFB, OK, 73145-8000. This is a Critical Safety Item. (CSI) This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, CAGE CODE: 77272. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
