The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of Chief Communications Officer (OCCO), Office of Education and Outreach team (OEO) has a need for at least one small business educational support contractor with significant experience adapting and integrating intellectual property, programs and content into effective instructional methods for K-20 educators and students. The USPTO�s Office of Education and Outreach has a need for vendor(s) with experience collecting and assessing data that can be used to adapt, study, and develop effective instructional methods and materials that align with current educational standards and best practices.
