- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT.� ACC-RSA intends to solicit and award a sole-source contract (FAR 6.302-1) to Imaginestics LLC (only one responsible source) for the commercial purchase of the Imaginestics VizSeek OCR software.� This is a sole source with Imaginestics LLC under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W9124P-20-T-2733. In accordance with FAR 6.301-2 ""Only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements."" Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for the notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Imaginestics LLC. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement for the Imaginestics VizSeek OCR software.� The Imaginestics VizSeek OCR software supports t Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC), Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) program.� Requirement is as follows:� Imaginestics VizSeek OCR software to support the Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
