- Description
- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington has a requirement for the National Museum of the U.S. Navy (NMUSN) at the Washington Navy Yard, to provide a Campus Fundraising Feasibility Study.� The Study and Presentation will examine the market potential, key lessons learned, and effective organizational strategies to achieve success in a capital campaign to relocate, design, and build a new National Museum of the United States Navy Campus equivalent to the other service museums.� The Customer is the Naval Historical & Heritage Command (NHHC).� The period of performance is a Base period of 30 September 2020 to 31 January 2021.� If FAR Clause 52.217-8 is exercised, the period of performance may be extended to 30 June 2021. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� This procurement will utilize FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541611 that has a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million.� The Product Service Code for this procurement is B513 Special Studies/Analysis � Feasibility (Non-Construction).� �The Government seeks the most qualified firm to perform the required services, based on the demonstrated competence and qualifications, in accordance with the evaluation criteria in Attachment 1. Requests for information (RFI�s) to the solicitation must be in writing and are due no later than 1:00 p.m. EST on 21 September 2020.� Quotes should be received electronically no later than 10:00 a.m. EST on 25 September 2020.� Send all RFIs and Quotes to Contracting Officer Tonja D.
