Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W50S8N-20-Q-0035, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2020-07 effective 31 Aug 2020). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 336112 and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. �The proposed acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Requirement: CLIN 0001 � Bobcat UTV UV34 Diesel with options (see Bobcat with Options list attachment) Delivery address is: 174th CES 6001 E Molloy rd Syracuse, NY 13211 - Requested delivery period is within 30 days ADC.����������� - Award will be based on lowest price.� -Include shipping in total price - Brand Name or equal (equivalent must be diesel, liquid cooled, 23.5 hp min, 55 in� displacement and include all options) �Funds are not presently available for this acquisition.
