Description

The purpose of this Amendment�is to provide:� (1)� Extend the solicitation deadline from 23 September 2020 at 3:00 PM EST to 12�October 2020 at 3:00 PM EST and add 2004 Renovation Drawings to Section J of the SF1442. See updated attachment(s):� �---Attch 1c�- SF30_Amendment_FA286020R00440003 (2) Submit Questions and Answers from the Site Visit held 17 September 2020.� See Attch 7 - Site Visit (17 Sep 20) Questions and Answers.� (3) Submit 2004 Renovation Drawings (to accompany Questions and Answers in item (2) above). See Attch 8 - 2004 Renovation Drawings_B1560 The 316th Contraction Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, MD is seeking the� design-build construction services to repair the roof and HVAC of Naval Facility, Building 1560 on the installation.� All work shall be in strict accordance with (IAW) current state, federal and industry standards and other specifications identified in the attached contractual documents.� Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds become available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse the contractor for any costs. All questions and proposals must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, 1Lt Tarha Mazyck, electronically via email at tarha.mazyck.2@us.af.mil.
